Christine Curella
Christine Curella (she/her/hers) is Cooperative Business Strategy Consultant to MIT CoLab. In this capacity, she works with Mel King Fellows to identify and advance compelling business strategies that center workers and build community wealth in the long-term care sector.
Christine innovates alongside policy, labor, and grassroots leaders and is building a new venture to organize and leverage the financial power of communities. Previously, Christine worked in New York City government, where she designed and led programs to realize an inclusive economy. She is deeply interested in business and investment models that build community and worker power.
Christine received a Master's in City Planning from MIT, with a concentration in Housing, Community, and Economic Development.
